

Maryland Court of Appeals Decision re Maryland Collection Agency Licensing Act
Sharma Update The Court of Appeals in Maryland has ruled in the Sharma case that the general assembly did not intend for foreign statutory trusts to obtain a collection agency license under MCALA before it’s substitute trustees file foreclosure actions.
