DAG was pleased to host over 125 attendees at its 3rd Annual Real Estate Default Symposium in a suburb of Dallas in June. Sessions for staff and managers were offered on foreclosure and bankruptcy basics, plus in-depth discussions of FDCPA Compliance, the new Tenants' Act, recent litigation and more. The training was presented by the seasoned partners of DAG member firms, and attendees received resource materials to take back to their offices for reference.
Part of DAG's mission is to provide default training to the industry. Toward that goal, DAG will go on the road again this fall, offering training in Buffalo, New York on September 17, and Charlotte, North Carolina on October 7. To learn more about these events, or to find out how to bring DAG training to your back yard… or right to your office, contact our Events Department at events@defaultattorneygroup.org, or call our Executive Director Kathleen Guerrette-Mitchell at 703-599-3069.
